Setting up the QUIC.cloud DNS is easy, and only takes a few steps.
First, click the ‘[Z]DNS Zones’ header in the top right corner in your my.QUIC.cloud client area.
On the following page, click ‘+Add New Domain to DNS Zones’.
Then add your domain and click ‘Add Domain’.
QUIC.cloud will attempt to detect your current DNS records. Once detection has been completed (this may take a few minutes), you will be asked to confirm your DNS information is correct. You can either add all of the records detected, or uncheck some.
Once everything is correct, click ‘+Enable and Add Records’.
Next, you’ll be directed to a page that gives you two nameservers assigned to your domain. You must change the NS server in your domain registrar.
It is required that you change your DNS provider from your current provider to QUIC.cloud DNS in your domain registrar.
If you are using Hostinger as your domain registrar, follow their guide, How to Change a Domain’s Nameservers (Point to Another Provider), to learn this step-by-step process.
NOTE: You do not need to use Hostinger, you can use any domain registrar you want.
And that’s it. The DNS should now be properly set up. If you have any issues please open a support ticket with us.
